I have tried this list against a Russian player and will give some tips at the bottom.

1. Do not forget the M3 Haltracks count as light tank and they can tank shock, also show extra armor on them.
2. Transports are death-trap if they get in sight. Just get your passengers out as soon as possible or hide them in cover until a good target comes across.
3. If you face an opponent with an armour value of 13 both front and sides you understand the value of 76 mm anti-tank. Always have a S8 or harder weapon underhand.
4. Peeps are really useful as they can move 18" and you can increase the front armor to 7 which makes it a really nice anti-personal vehicle. Use your peeps wisely especially to get behind enemy lines and attack his cannons.

‘Find a grave marked with the name Maeren. An honour guard dug in the muddy earth until the body of the young man was finally laid to rest in the soil of his home. Uriel marched through the graves to where the ground began to rise, intending to plant the statue of the Emperor into the soft earth to watch over His departed flock. He lifted the statue high above his head and rammed it down into the earth, where there was a dull, mud-deadened clang of stone on metal. Uriel pulled the statue clear, laying it to one side as he dropped to his knees and scraped away the mud at his feet. Perhaps half a metre down, the ground changed from soft, sucking mud to a wet, flaked metal. He cleared more of the mud away, revealing a rust pocked plate of metal. ‘Sergeant!’ he shouted. ‘Get over here and bring your squad with you. I think we may have found the Hill of the Metal the boy spoke of.’
